Return Policy

We take utmost care in testing and preparing every device before shipment. However, if the delivered product is damaged, defective, or not as described, customers can request a replacement or repair within 48 hours of receiving the order.

For rented devices, replacement or repair will be arranged at no extra cost during the rental term if the issue is not caused by mishandling or misuse.
All returned equipment must be in its original condition, along with accessories and packaging.
