1. General
By accessing or using the website www.catechy.com or engaging in any business with Catechy Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
These terms govern all hardware rentals, purchases, maintenance, and consulting services offered by Catechy Solutions.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations shared by Catechy Solutions are valid for the duration specified on the quotation document.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
Catechy reserves the right to modify pricing in case of market fluctuations or unforeseen conditions.
3. Rentals & Ownership
All rented equipment remains the property of Catechy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. throughout the rental period.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the equipment in good working condition and returning it upon completion of the rental term.
Any physical damage or loss due to negligence will be chargeable as per the replacement value of the equipment.
4. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be collected at the time of rental.
It will be refunded within 7 working days after the equipment is returned and inspected for any damage, loss, or misuse.
5. Payment Terms
Payment must be made as per the terms mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
Delayed payments may attract penalties or lead to suspension of services.
Catechy reserves the right to withhold delivery until the advance or full payment is received.
6. Maintenance & Support
Catechy Solutions provides 24×7 support for rented equipment under active agreements.
Issues arising from physical damage, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under standard maintenance terms.
7. Warranty & Liability
Catechy Solutions is not liable for any data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages resulting from hardware malfunction.
Customers are encouraged to maintain backups and cybersecurity practices while using the devices.
8. Cancellation
Order cancellations after dispatch or installation will attract a 25% cancellation fee of the total invoice amount.
For rental agreements, cancellation terms will follow the mutually signed service agreement.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal and company information shared with Catechy Solutions is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share data with third parties without consent, except when legally required.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Any disputes will be settled under applicable Indian laws in Bengaluru courts.
